When I called the concierge and requested a copy of my folio be emailed, I was told that wasn’t possible, and to call back in the morning. It lessens the to-do list on departure day. The downside mostly centers around management, communications, and food quality at Latitudes (separate review.) I’ve found that it’s a good idea to review our folio the evening before checkout…. The grounds are beautiful, well kept, and lush. evening treats were nice, but it would have been cool to have a bit of a choice… we don’t drink OJ. The gifts and amenities waiting for us in our cottage were nice, and much appreciated. Our cottage was roomy and overall nice, but definitely beginning to show signs of age… running toilet in one bath, very slow shower drain in another. Sunrise and sunset is absolutely stunning. The carless private island off of Key West is one of the best kept secrets around here - the only way to get to the island is to take a quick boat ride from the. The boat ride to and from is very cool, and sets the tone for a unique vacation. We really wanted to love Sunset Cottages, and we’re highly anticipating our stay.
